The Site is informational
Content on the Site — including descriptions of our services, case studies, the Rise Athletes product, and pricing references — is provided for general information. It does not constitute a binding offer, an advertisement of investment opportunities, professional advice, or a contractual commitment. Statements about timelines, outcomes, or capabilities are illustrative; actual scope, pricing, and deliverables are agreed in writing before any project begins.
Intellectual property
The Site, its source code, design, copy, logos, and brand assets are owned by MacawsHub OÜ unless attributed otherwise. The "MacawsHub" name and macaw logo are unregistered trade marks of MacawsHub OÜ. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or use any of these elements without our prior written permission, except as permitted by mandatory law (e.g. fair-use citation in editorial coverage).
Open-source components included in the Site’s build retain their original licences; see the project repository for details.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to and embeds third-party services we use for analytics, scheduling, and communication, including Google Analytics, Hotjar/Contentsquare, Calendly, and WhatsApp. Your use of those services is governed by the third party’s own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party sites.
No warranty
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties — express or implied — about the accuracy, completeness, security, uptime, or fitness for any particular purpose of the Site or its content.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MacawsHub OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Estonian or EU consumer-protection law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site; attempt to gain unauthorized access; interfere with the normal operation of the Site; scrape it at a rate that disrupts service for other visitors; or use the Site to transmit malware, illegal content, or unsolicited communications. We may block IP addresses or take other reasonable measures to enforce this.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the Site will be brought before the competent courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence require otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms when our practices change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged on the Site for a reasonable period.
